So our Redwoods are 2-2. We could just as easily been 0-4, 3-1, or 4-0. I’m not seeing any consistency, except that you can’t change the channel until the game is over.
With 2 games left, one of which is against the Tuskers, we cannot afford to make any more mistakes. From my comfy armchair, here is my opinion:
1. The Defense seems to man up only when they have to.

(The Internet – I love streaming video!): If the Redwoods want to have a shot at the UFL playoffs, they better hope the rest of their games are against the Sentinels. QB Shane Boyd threw one touchdown pass and ran another in, as the California Redwoods got their second victory over the New York Sentinels this evening.
RB Cory Ross continued to show why he is the premiere back in the UFL, as he added another receiving touchdown to his total..

The 1-2 Redwoods travel to East Rutherford, New Jersey tonight to play the 0-2 Sentinels.
The Redwoods’ sole victory came against the Sentinels 2 weeks ago. While the Sentinels were idle, the Redwoods were tuned up by the Tuskers.
If Mike McMahon and the receiving corp have their act together, I predict another victory.
Note: I have to be out of the city away from a TV, so I can’t watch the game live. I do have a DVR, unless HINT HINT…one of you viewers/members would like to report on the game …
